New Converts
On February 6, I was able to lead a young man named Ebenezer to Christ. Ebenezer sells phone credit at a small stand near our church. Two weeks later I visited Ebenezer, and he had a friend named Dominic with him. I was able to preach to Dominic, and he also trusted Christ. Both of these young men have been coming to our church faithfully and have followed the Lord in baptism.
Dominic lives with his grandmother, Ama Krah, who recently injured her leg. He asked me to come and pray for her, which I did. The following week I visited her with a fellow soul winner, who was able to preach the Gospel to her and Patience (one of Dominic’s aunts). They both trusted Christ as their Saviour! The following Sunday, Patience came to church and followed the Lord in baptism!
Please pray for Dominic’s grandmother to heal quickly, and pray that she will come to church. Pray also for Ebenezer, Dominic, and Patience to be faithful to follow Christ.
On February 27, I was able to visit a lady who had started coming to our church in Barekuma on her own. She was not saved, but she was very open to the Gospel. She trusted Christ as her Saviour and has since been very faithful to church. She plans to get baptized the next time we have a baptism service.
Easter Homecoming Service
On March 27, we had an Easter Homecoming Service. Eleven of our daughter/sister churches came together for a day of preaching and fellowship. Well over 1,000 people met together in our auditorium. It was such an encouragement to see and meet people who have been reached for Christ in other places because of the influence of our ministry. To God be the glory; GREAT THINGS HE HAS DONE!
In Christ,
Charles, Lindsey, and Josiah Osgood
