We so appreciate your prayers. We have a prayer request for our daughter, Angela Schoof. She and her husband Gregg are missionaries to Uganda, Africa. She fell and broke her arm on Monday, April 4. The doctor repaired it, and she is home now. We want to thank you in advance for your prayers.
God’s Blessings
In February and March, God enabled us to travel 1,450 miles and help 19 churches. With the bus mechanics, we fixed 33 buses. It was my privilege to preach 13 times and to bring 8 souls to the Lord Jesus Christ. In Winter Park, Florida, bus captain Rodney and I witnessed to a Latter-Day Saints couple, and they both sweetly asked Jesus to save them. On that same bus route, we had the privilege of winning the dad of one of the bus kids to Christ. For the bus kids, it is such a joy to them when their parents accept Jesus as their Saviour.
A special one of God’s blessings was when we stopped in Pensacola, Florida, to help our granddaughter Adriana fix her car. We not only fixed her car, but we were able to spoil her a little bit. We had parked at Five Flags RV Park, and when I went to pay for another night, I met Bill, a 76-year-old Navy veteran. He had been in a serious car accident a year or so before, and he was still taking therapy. As I shared the good news of the Gospel with him, he was so ready, and he trusted Jesus to save him. “. . . there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.” (Luke 15:10)
To Your Account
We appreciate your very faithful prayers and support. You have a part in every soul that has been saved and every Bus Ministry that has been helped. “He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the LORD; and that which he hath given will he pay him again.” (Proverbs19:17) Your giving and prayers matter to the bus kids. Many of them are now missionaries, pastors, pastors’ wives, and full-time workers.
God’s Providence
We had some extra days before our next scheduled church, so we called Faith Independent Baptist Church in Enterprise, Alabama. Their bus was being diagnosed in a shop, but the shop was so busy they couldn’t fix it for a couple of weeks. We got the bus and brought it back to the church. Their bus mechanic Bruce and I were able to fix it that day, putting it on the road again and saving them a lot of money. It was a great blessing!
Prayer Requests
Pray (1) for souls to be saved and more bus families to be reached, (2) for a replacement utility truck, (3) for our health and safety, and (4) for more Bus Ministry missionaries. It is such a needed field of service.
Yours for souls,
Warren & Jary Lynn Storm
