August was a very busy month for our ministry. We were able to present our work for His glory in three states and even squeezed in a sermon at our home church on a Wednesday night. We are thankful that He is using us and are thankful to see many people making decisions at the altar at the close of the services. God’s Spirit makes that possible as His people listen to that still, small voice. We passed out tracts and spoke to many about the value of their soul to God. Only Heaven will reveal the results to us.
In Iowa at a conference, we were able to spend some time with Brother Ben George, son of Brother Brian George, who is doing our paperwork in Tucuman. Brother Ben was able to show us on the computer some apartments in a safe area of Tucuman that are close to Bethel Baptist Church, where we will begin our ministry under the pastoral leadership of Brother Larry Owens. This was a great encouragement to us and will save us much time and effort when I go in December to secure a home for us. Also while at the conference, we met Brother John Hays. He has invented a system to make chlorine to purify water and has given us one at no cost to us. It is so small that we will be able to ship it in our luggage. This will save us thousands of dollars over the course of our ministry.
As we near the end of deputation, we want to say once again, Thank you for all you’re doing to help us get to Argentina. Believe me, when we get to Heaven, it will be worth it all.
In Christ,
Simeon and Susie Hudson
