“The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower. I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.” (Psalm 18:2-3)
The rainy season is almost over now. However, our area has experienced many floods so many times already. The sewage systems especially are very bad here, but we thank the Lord for His continual showers of blessings.
This is Srey Nin, and her little sister’s name is Srey Nuth. Their parents came to live right across from our church building because they were looking for work in our neighborhood. A few months later, their daughters Srey Nin and Srey Nuth came to join them, and they started coming to our church services frequently. Pretty soon, they came to play in the church grounds during the afternoon and also volunteered to help clean the church facilities on Saturdays. My wife Chorvy was able to witness to them about God’s gift of salvation; and, praise the Lord, both of these girls readily accepted Christ on a Sunday evening.
Sadly, soon after they got saved, they got the news that at the end of September, they will be going back to their village to start school. However, their parents will continue to stay in our area. Please continue to pray for these two girls as they leave for their hometown, and also pray that their parents will receive salvation as well.
We are so humbled by your prayers and support. God bless you.
For Christ’s sake,
