The work continues! Here are more testimonies from several of our national pastors.
Pastor Otchere Boachie
“We praise God today! Adwoa brought her Muslim friend, Mamuna Shetu, to church. When Mamuna arrived at our church premises, she was hesitant to enter the auditorium because she was afraid of her Muslim parents. By the grace of God, she entered, heard the Gospel, and trusted Christ. Let’s pray for her.” – Fundamental Baptist Church, Offinso, Ashanti Region, Ghana [Pastor Boachie graduated from our Bible college in February 2018. He now pastors the Fundamental Baptist Church of Offinso.]
Pastor Christian Gafatsi
“Glory be to God! During our Sunday service, I had two visitors. The tall one is Prosper, a student at a senior high boarding school. I won him to Christ some time ago. He began coming home every Friday for prayer meetings and returning to school on Saturdays. Last Friday, he decided to stay an extra day and attend church with us. After the service, he expressed his desire to become a member of our church. Worlanyo, the young child, was brought to church by one of my church members named Razack. After the service, he also said that he wanted to keep coming to church.” – Fundamental Baptist Church, Sogakope, Volta Region [Pastor Gafatsi graduated from our Bible college in January 2011.]
Pastor Philip Gafatsi
“I recently met a man named Godwin on my way to the soldier barracks (where military personnel stay). When I asked him why he would go to Heaven, he said he believed he would go because he was a child of God. He said he was a child of God because he obeyed God’s laws and went to church. I showed him the Bible way to Heaven, and he slowly began to understand that his initial beliefs were incorrect. Eventually, he placed his faith solely in Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour.” – Fundamental Baptist Church, Sokode, Volta Region, Ghana [Pastor Gafatsi graduated from our Bible college in January 2011.]
Pastor Abraham Subui
“I witnessed to John, and he got saved. He promised to visit us at church, but he didn’t show up. I visited him several times but to no avail. I wasn’t discouraged, but I continued to visit him and pray for him. One day I went to see him again, and he said, ‘Because of your patience and your concern for my salvation, this coming Sunday, I will come and visit you.’ He came to church and made a public profession. Now, he is faithful to church on Sundays and Wednesdays. He is working on the discipleship lesson curriculum, goes soul winning with me, and asks for prayers for his wife so that she may also be saved; his wife is Roman Catholic. Please pray for her salvation.” – Salvation Baptist Church, Donkro Nkwanta, Bono East Region, Ghana [Pastor Subui received his bachelor’s degree from our Bible college in February 2020.]
