Team Philippines Update: A Great StartThe year 2025 is off to a great start. I’ve certainly had a busy start, and it’s not letting up. It’s wonderful to be used of God; I’m excited about how He has been using us.

In January, we celebrated our church’s 14-year anniversary. We had Pastor Oliver Curato and his wife with us on that special day. Pastor Curato has been very instrumental in helping us to have an FM station, providing his knowledge and our tower.

My wife and I were happy to be with them in Davao City in February to be part of a large conference their church hosted. I was privileged to speak to a group of pastors’ kids, as well as preach the Gospel to nearly 1,800 public high school students bused in for the event. It was exciting to see so many respond to the Gospel message.

In February, we also had Pastor Sheldon Schearer from Heritage Baptist Church in Great Falls, Montana, with us. He is a dear friend I got to know on my first missions trip to the Philippines back in 1999. He was a great blessing to our church, family, and college students. I’m looking forward to being with him in April for his Missions Conference in Great Falls.

My wife will be meeting me in Montana, where we will get to go with Joshua and Allyson and our two granddaughters to Christian’s graduation from Hyles-Anderson College on May 2. Please pray for Christian as he begins deputation to return to the Philippines as a missionary!

I’ll be in the States for a month to share our ministry in several churches. When I return at the end of May, I have a wedding to perform for two of our HACPH graduates, and then the next week is our annual Youth Rally. Our theme this year is “Onboard.” It will be a lot of preaching, singing, and some activity mixed in to help persuade the next generation to get “on board the same ship as our generation” and for them to offer the same to the next generation. Please pray for God to use this event again this year.

Our soul winning in Dumaguete has been off to a great start this year. Year to date, our soul winners have reported more than 2,225 souls saved. We’ve already had 212 public professions of faith and 75 souls baptized.

Our graduate, Nelson Duran, is laying the groundwork to start a church just south of Dumaguete in Dauin. He has been going every week, several times a week, for soul winning and Bible studies. He has converts there who are now starting to go soul winning with him and his wife. It’s just a matter of time, and we will see this new church getting off the ground. Please pray, as we want to help him build a small house on a property that is available to him. He needs about $3,000 for the materials to do this.

We’ve put together a video of our ministry that is now available for viewing; just scan the QR code in this letter.

Thank you for your continued prayers and support. We could not do what we do without you.

That all the world may know,

Randy DeMoville
