“But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:19)
What a spring the Lord provided us! Praise the Lord for providing this country with so many God-fearing pastors and churches. The Lord arranged for us to be in 32 churches in about 15 weeks. We were blessed to be part of multiple conferences. Each had its own uniqueness and emphasis. All were wonderful, God-honoring meetings with great preaching and singing. We were abundantly provided for and are eagerly looking forward to the Lord providing the rest of our support so we can return to China.
The Lord has also been providing divine appointments as we travel. While R___ and I were soul winning in Wildwood, Florida, we met Ryan at his door. We were able to give him the Gospel and asked if he had ever trusted Jesus as his Saviour. Ryan was doubtful, but when we confronted him about the importance of believing Jesus, he decided to pray and accept Christ. A little while later, R___ and I were knocking on the door of an old mobile home. Bob met us and happily listened as we explained the hope of eternal life through Jesus. He readily decided to pray and ask Christ to save him. During that same soul-winning time S____, P____, and T___ were working on witnessing to several men and women who were in bondage to sin. After 30 minutes of effort, it seemed the lost were determined not to listen. Disappointed, they began to walk back toward the vehicle. Just then, an elderly man came into his yard to do some work. S_____ took the time to chat with him and introduce the Gospel to him. He was happy to accept Jesus as his Saviour. God once again provided the timing needed to help another soul get saved. S____ was also able to lead another soul to the Saviour that day. Just in the last two weeks, God provided T___ with the opportunity to lead two young men to Christ during Teen Soul Winning. Praise the Lord for His provision!
God provides for all our various needs. He also provided a way for us to go to Heaven and to help others. Praise the Lord, He has also provided a way for us to come to Him with requests and needs. Please keep us in prayer for safety as we travel. Please be in prayer also for a smooth process when the time comes to apply for our visas to return to China. Specifically, pray that we will all be able to get our visas and that COVID will not present a problem for re-entry. Hallelujah, we have had more churches take us on again. We are anxious to get back to the work in China. Our Chinese friends are learning how to deal with more and more rules that limit and remove freedoms they have enjoyed for many years. They need God’s help to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves in this new environment. Thank you for supporting us so we can get the greatest story on earth to the greatest population on earth.
Bound to His service,
