Converts Being Discipled
Several months ago, I led a young man named Richard Frimpong to Christ. Last November he followed the Lord in baptism and joined the church. He has been coming faithfully to all our services since he became a member. For the past six weeks, I have been meeting with Richard and going through our discipleship curriculum with him. It has been such a blessing to help him get established in the faith and to help him grow! Last week we studied the topic of soul winning, and he told me he has been giving out Gospel tracts when he takes public transportation and also at his workplace. I was encouraged to hear that he was already doing these things. Please pray for Richard to continue to grow and to be a faithful witness for Christ.
For the past several weeks, I have been meeting with Daniel and Elizabeth Osei, a husband and wife I led to Christ about 2½ years ago). We have been going through the discipleship curriculum also. It has been a blessing to see their desire to understand the Word of God and grow in their Christian lives.
Singles’ Activity at FBC Barekuma
In December and January, the church members from our main church in Bohyen donated used clothing and shoes for us to distribute to our church in the village of Barekuma, as well as to people in need in the community.
On Saturday, February 1, we took about 20 of our church single adults to distribute the clothing and also to witness to the visitors who came to be a part of the program. About 15 of our soul winners were able to preach the Gospel to the visitors who came! Many of the visitors trusted Christ, and we have some prospects who are interested in joining our church! It was such a blessing to see so many of our single adults sharing the Gospel with others! (The pictures below of are some of our soul winners sharing the Gospel.)
School Ministry
I will be preaching for five weeks at a junior high school in Buoho, Kumasi, to about 60 students. Please pray that these students will understand the Gospel and trust in Christ for their salvation.
