“I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.” (John 9:4) Looking at the mess the world is in, we need to remind ourselves that everything is coming to an end one day. The LORD is coming!
I had the privilege of presenting our work for the Lord in 13 different churches during the month of August. I drove 4,628 miles safely and without any problems. Praise the Lord for His watch care!
Dr. Freret allowed me to teach a class on missions at the BEAMS headquarters in Gulfport, Mississippi, to a group of young people from Jacksonville, Florida. They came to spend a week as volunteers packing Bibles. They spent two days packing nearly 4,000 KJV Bibles for the container that will be going to Northeast India.
Dr. Robert Lemmon, Director of Bible and Literature Missionary Foundation, gave me 7,200 whole Bibles for the container to India. Thank God for people who have a vision to publish the Word of God for those who have never had a copy of the Bible.
Enclosed is a list of people who gave material for the container being shipped to Nagaland. Psalm 68:11 says, “The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it.”
In the first 8 months of 2014, the Lord has allowed us to see 1,989 receive Christ as their personal Saviour and 32 follow the Lord in believer’s baptism. Over 300 surrendered to serve in full-time Christian service.
We are praising the Lord for the report the oncologist gave to my wife on August 8; she was given a clean bill of health—no sign of cancer. We give God all the glory and praise!
We are only able to keep going for the Lord because of your prayers and your faithful support. We can rise no higher than those who are willing to invest in the souls of men and women, boys and girls all over the world.
We love you and thank God for your faithfulness and for your love for souls.
