Daniel and Rachel Solt Prayer Letter: Andrew James Solt Has Arrived!God is so good! Looking back over these past months, we rejoice to see His hand at work in our lives through answered prayer. Thank you for your role in praying for us! On the snowy morning of February 15, our son, Andrew James, was born into this world, weighing in at 6 pounds 7 ounces. Though he arrived early, the delivery went well, leaving us with a healthy mother and baby! Praise the Lord!

Leading up to Andrew’s arrival, we kept busy with ministries at Florence Baptist Church and nearby Lighthouse Baptist Church. It’s been a joy to serve in various capacities, from preaching to vacuuming. The stability of serving in one place for an extended period has been refreshing and has heightened our excitement to serve the Lord on the mission field. Both churches have blessed us with meals and essential items for our newborn. God’s people are the best!

Soul Report

Despite outreach being hindered with the winter weather, we thank God for the opportunities to still hand out tracts and hang doorhangers. A couple of weeks ago, I met a representative at Walmart, who shared with me how her mental health challenges led her to feel abandoned by her family. I gave her a Gospel tract and shared that Jesus is a Friend who never abandons us. Hallelujah!

Departure News

Exciting news! We have finalized our plans to depart for the UK. Lord willing, we will be flying from Montana to Chicago on April 22 to say goodbye to our sending church and mission board. Then on April 25, we will be flying to England. At the time of the writing of this letter, Andrew’s identification documents are in transit to the UK for processing. Please continue to pray that we receive his British passport before our departure. We praise God for the pieces that have already fallen into place: Ruby’s British citizenship, Rachel’s visa, the arrival of our belongings, and Andrew’s healthy arrival. Praise the Lord!

Thank you once again to you, our supporting churches, for sending us to reach the people of England! God is working at our church in England, with souls being saved and, most recently, a building project being started. We look forward to sharing more details on that shortly. Keep on keeping on, fellow laborer! He is worthy!

May our lives glorify Him,

Daniel, Rachel, Ruby, and Andrew Solt
