“But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:19)
As we continue on our deputation journey, we are blessed in so many ways that I can’t help but give praise to our God, Who is true to His Word in every way. The Christmas lights, decorations, trees, advertisements, and such vie for our attention way too early as we come upon the Thanksgiving season. I am amazed and so incredibly thankful that God supplies our every need in His own timing.
For example, while traveling from South Carolina to North Carolina, our vehicle began running erratically. We were on a tight time schedule to make it to our next meeting but could not continue . . . so I pulled over. A state trooper pulled up behind us to check that everything was all right. While visiting, I was able to witness to the man and encourage him for what he did as an officer. As I got back into our truck, I prayed for the Lord to help. We traveled the rest of the way with no further vehicle issues and made it to our meeting on time. There are no coincidences with God, just opportunities.
We have been busy this past month with numerous meetings in Washington, Oregon, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Thank you to those churches God has allowed us to partner with to reach Thailand. Praise the Lord for safety in traveling, and thank you to everyone who has been such a blessing to us. What an encouragement to meet many pastors and Christians standing for truth and passionate about reaching lost souls.
