What a wonderful year we have had! We praise the Lord for all He has done and has allowed us to have a part in. As you know, 2017 was all about sowing the Word of God bountifully! He certainly has allowed us to do just that. In 2017, we were able to ship out over 12 million Scriptures! We had a goal at the beginning of the year to send a shipping container of Scriptures somewhere in the world every month. At the time of the writing of this letter, the Lord has brought in the funds to ship all 12 containers! Eleven of the containers have already left, and the last one will leave for South Korea in the next few weeks. This container will have the materials we plan to distribute in Pyeongchang, South Korea, during the Winter Olympics from February 15-24, 2018. At this time, there will be 11 team members in total that will distribute the Scriptures. Please be in prayer for this time, as we all are very excited to see what God will do.
This year we were also able to take missions trips to Honduras and Brazil. It was very exciting to spend time in these countries and help the local churches and fellow missionaries. We praise the Lord for the souls that were saved, as well as for the many lives that were changed. The missionaries at these two locations continue to report that they continue to receive visitors and good responses from the public even several months later. Who knows how this will affect eternity? God’s business is truly the greatest business in the entire world!
We praise the Lord for what He has done, but we also look ahead to a new year before us. We have set another lofty goal—nothing is too lofty for God—for the upcoming year. Our theme for 2018 is “Bible for Isles.” We would once again like to send one shipping container per month somewhere around the world. However, we are concentrating on island countries in 2018, especially island countries to which we have never shipped before. Combined with this, we have two further missions trips scheduled. The first is to South Korea from February 15-24, and the second is to Nassau, Bahamas, scheduled for May 28–June 5. In 2017, there was much hurricane damage in the Nassau area. At this time there is still much humanitarian aid in the Bahamas. Once they have cleared out, we plan to bring them the aid of Jesus Christ through the Word of God! If you would like to join us on one of these trips, please contact WBPS as soon as possible to secure your spot.
Thank you for all the prayers, love, faith, and support you have given to us. We love and appreciate your sacrifice to make this work possible.
With grateful hearts,
Elias, Robyn, and Suzanne Correa
