The work continues! Here are more testimonies from several of our national pastors.
Pastor Collins Agyei
“After a day of soul winning and visitation, we had about twenty people visit our church the following Sunday. We are also planning to take the Gospel to the surrounding villages near us. There are about twenty-four villages around us. Pray that God will make a way for us to lead more people to Christ this year. Also, pray for my family so that God will strengthen us as we minister to the people at Adwafo.
“A few months ago, Ebenezer was reached through the information center. He is now growing in the Lord. He has completed our discipleship lesson curriculum, and he is now learning about how to win people to Christ.” – Fundamental Baptist Church, Adwafo, Ashanti Region, Ghana [Pastor Agyei graduated from our Bible college in September 2010.]
Pastor Gyasi Boateng
“I was making a visit to one of my church member’s houses, and I met these three teenagers: Kofi Adu, Kelvin Otu, and Mary Agyeiwaa. I shared the Gospel to them, and they all trusted Christ as their Saviour. They all want to come to church, but they have to seek their parents’ permission first. Please pray for them to grow, and pray that their parents will allow them to come fellowship with us.” – Fundamental Baptist Church, Asawase, Kumasi, Ghana [Pastor Boateng graduated from our Bible college in January 2011.]
Pastor Philip Gafatsi
“I thank God for my family and the ministry. I met these young people when I went out soul winning. They gave me their time and attention, and I used that opportunity to share the Gospel with them. At the end, they all trusted Christ as their Saviour. Pray for them to grow in grace.” – Fundamental Baptist Church, Sokode, Volta Region, Ghana [Pastor Gafatsi graduated from our Bible college in January 2011.]
Pastor Robert Colee
“I thank you all for your persistent prayers and support financially. Although the roads were in bad shape, God helped me travel to the faraway town of Kein Village to preach to the unsaved. When I preached to the town people, many trusted Christ as their Lord and Saviour. The town’s chief told me that he had never heard such Bible teaching since he was born. He later told me to start a church in their town. He said that he would give me a portion of land if I would be willing to start a church in their town. I agreed, and I have been visiting and having Bible studies with them. They are growing in the faith gradually. Please join us as we pray for more zeal and a strong desire to win the lost to Jesus Christ. Please pray also for wisdom for me, as I plan to start a new Baptist church there in that village. I’m also asking you to pray that the souls that got saved won’t be misled by any other false doctrine.” – Alfa Omega Baptist Church, Voinjama, Lofa County, Liberia [Pastor Robert Colee works with our graduate Pastor Menyon.]
