“By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.” (Hebrews 13:15) God has been so good to us! May we as Christians not neglect to give Him all the glory and praise! Seeing God’s guiding hand at work this month has been amazing! We praise God for your continued prayers and investment in our ministry work.
Our travels this month led us to Elbow Lake Baptist Church in Elbow Lake, Minnesota. Pastor Clarke was led by faith to start this church eight years ago, and now we rejoice to see how God has brought these Christians together. After Sunday services, we stayed a few more days in their prophet’s chamber, and during that time, I was able to help paint their men’s transitional home.
The next Sunday, we were in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, with Bible Baptist Church. It was an honor to speak to this church about our ministry. We then spent a few days back in Madison, Wisconsin, helping Madison Baptist Church with their VBS. I’m excited to implement what I learned from them in England next month!
On Father’s Day, we were in two churches in Wisconsin. The morning service was spent with our friends in Wautoma. Praise the Lord, Pilgrim Baptist Church has supported my parents for almost three decades now. I’m so thankful for faithful Christians. In the evening, we were with Victory Baptist Church in Thorp. Pastor Pritchard and the Christians there were so much fun to be around. There is joy in serving Jesus!
We then traveled to Charlevoix, Michigan, to be with Bible Baptist Church. Saturday afternoon, Pastor Green and I sat with a man for four hours, explaining the Gospel and answering his questions. At the end of the meeting, that man looked at us and said, “What must I do for salvation?” A few minutes later, Pastor Green brought that man to the altar, and he accepted Christ! Glory! I was thrilled to present and preach their afternoon service. From there, we went south to Rochester, Pennsylvania, where I presented and taught the Wednesday night service at Sylvania Hills Baptist Church. What a wonderful way to end the month!
Soul Report
This month we were able to fully present the Gospel to three souls. I went out on Thursday night soul winning in downtown Madison, Wisconsin, right outside the university. I handed a tract to a young man who, after walking past me, stopped and turned around to ask me some questions regarding my faith. His name was Nav, and he was a recent convert to Islam. He had many questions regarding the Trinity, and over the next 45 minutes, I strived to answer his questions and present the Gospel. He didn’t get saved, but he did hear. Please pray for this young man. It breaks my heart to see such passion headed towards a burning Hell!
Family Update
Teething pains are real! Ruby has been struggling throughout the month, resulting in many sleepless nights. We appreciate your prayers as we learn how to raise our first toddler on the road. Praise the Lord for Tylenol, teething gel, and teething tablets! We are thankful to be nearing the one-third mark (33%) of our support level. Thank you for your many notes and messages reminding us of your prayers!
