We thank God for His continuous care over us while we serve Him.
In October, the Lord allowed us to hold a Revival Conference at our church. Everything was a great blessing. We invited a pastor from California, who came with his family and preached to us for three days, encouraging and challenging the church to keep moving forward and doing God’s will. We also rejoiced in listening to them sing special music as a family during the conference.
At the end of the conference, we had the blessing of baptizing four people we had won to Christ a few months ago but who had been hesitant to be baptized. Glory to God that the Lord worked in their hearts, and they took this step of obedience in baptism. We are now discipling this new family, the Villalobos, and working with them. We also had three people saved during the conference.
This month, we were also working on teaching a group of young people how to win souls. These young people are faithful to God in the church and for every activity we undertake, and they constantly accompany us when we go out into the streets and plazas to share the Gospel. I have set a goal that before the end of the year, I want to see them effectively winning souls for Christ on their own, and I am praying for their spiritual growth.
A few days later, we traveled to Washington to attend four meetings at four different churches. Two of those meetings were Missions Conferences. It was a great blessing to spend a few brief days in that area, presenting, preaching, and sharing about our mission field. During these days, we had the opportunity to go out soul winning at different times and with different people, visit the sick, and visit discouraged believers. Glory to God that we were able to share the Gospel with several people and win four people to Christ.
This year has been different for us. We are still in the process of raising our financial support. It has taken us longer than normal because we need to remain in Mexico for various reasons and purposes, while at the same time looking to schedule meetings to present whenever we can. I thank God that He has allowed us to adjust to this rhythm of working and traveling simultaneously, and I thank God that He has given us opportunities to present and has supplied the needs that arise for travel. We continue to pray that God will keep opening doors so that we can get closer to our support goal in 2026. While we wait and trust in God, we are working with what we have.
Please pray for us, as we are close to finishing another year. We know there is still much work to do and many miles to cover, but the Lord is always good to us. We have two special prayer requests:
1. Visa Renewal: In January, we will be renewing my wife’s American visa. We ask for your prayers that it can be renewed for another 10 years without any problems and that everything goes well.
2. Vehicle Need: We currently need a vehicle for traveling. The engine in our car finally failed after having traveled too many miles. We are praying that God will provide another car for us to get around during the times we visit churches.
Thank you for your prayers. May God bless you greatly.
His servants,
Arturo & Ismerai Garza
