“Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel,
which being interpreted is, God with us.” (Matthew 1:23)
I am so thankful that this prophecy came true! Not only would the Messiah be the only acceptable sacrifice and save us from our sins, but His very name gives us the promise of always being with us!
I am very grateful for the year that God has given us! Throughout all of the ups and downs, not surprisingly, God has shown Himself faithful! It is a great honor to be a part of God’s work in these times we are living in. In a year that I’ve heard many say they would like to forget, we’ve seen souls saved, watched God provide, and had the opportunity of watching churches flourish in difficult times. We serve a great God!
In the last couple of months, we’ve had the opportunity to be in nine churches in Michigan, Indiana, Tennessee, Minnesota, and Kansas. As usual, we had a wonderful time at each church and got to meet so many wonderful people. We are so grateful for the generosity of God’s people! We were blessed by generous love offerings, personal Christmas gifts, and so much more. It is wonderful to personally see the cause of Christ moving forward, despite what many people think. While out soul winning near our home, I had the opportunity to meet a young man who was looking for a church to attend. He has come to church for the last two weeks and, hopefully, will start discipleship soon.
We are excited to announce that we will be having our second child sometime this summer! Erin and the baby are doing wonderful. Zeke doesn’t know it yet, but I’m sure he’ll be excited about having a new sibling. Thank you for your continued prayers and support! We know that it takes folks like you to send folks like us! Merry Christmas!
In His service,
Daniel, Erin, and Zeke
