Thanks be to God for His salvation, direction, provision, and care! The month kicked off in Parkersburg, West Virginia, at Landmark Baptist Church’s Missions Conference! We were blessed by their desire to befriend us, and sweet memories were made! Following our time in West Virginia, we flew down to Houston, Texas, to attend Iglesia Bautista Libertad’s Missions Conference. This was unlike any conference we have attended. Not only did we get to meet the church family, but we were also able to interact with over fifty pastors from across the U.S., along with forty missionaries. In the morning, we had training sessions, followed by preaching services in the evening. The work involved in putting together this four-day conference was immense. It was an honor to present our ministry during the Wednesday evening service.
We flew back up to the Midwest to attend four wonderful meetings in Ohio, Tennessee, and Alabama (see pictures attached) before heading back to Louisville, Kentucky, to spend Thanksgiving with family. My mother flew in from England, and we enjoyed our time at my grandparents’ house, with both of my brothers joining us as well. On Black Friday, we began our journey north to Pecatonica, Illinois, to be with First Baptist Church for their Missions Sunday. From there, we began our trek south to Union Grove, North Carolina, for our final meeting of the month. Pastor and Mrs. Pope and the Calvary Baptist Church family were such a blessing to us during their Wednesday night service. Praise the Lord!
Soul Report
Throughout the month of November, we were able to witness to six souls, with three accepting Christ! I met Jamal while out soul winning in Athens, Alabama. After sharing the Gospel with him, he shared with me that ten years prior, he had accepted Christ. I encouraged him to get back into church and gave him a tract to point him to Madison Street Baptist Church. Rachel had the privilege of leading three girls to Christ after a Junior Church service I preached in Parkersburg, West Virginia. At least one of the girls was a first-time visitor! As we go out on soul patrol, please pray that the Lord would continue to give us opportunities during these winter months.
Family Update
This month was yet another whirlwind for our family’s energy level and health. We did experience challenges, but I am happy to report that we are now healthy and rested. We are thankful for a good friend back in Indiana who offered us the use of his garage to store what’s left of our belongings. That saves us $105 a month in storage fees! God is so good! Our support is increasing, with seven new churches voting to take us on! The speed of God’s provision is amazing! We will be praying for you, Friend, as you seek to spread the Gospel during the Christmas season! Thank you for your faithfulness in prayers and support for us!
Our next letter will arrive after the Christmas season, so we want to wish you a Merry Christmas and a New Year in the Lord!
May our lives glorify Him,
Daniel, Rachel, and Ruby Solt
