Dan and Lana Siemer Prayer Letter: Missions ConferencesLana and I just returned from our 4,728-mile trip for the 2024 Missions Conferences in Arizona and California. We’re so thankful for God’s grace, granting fellowship with dear friends, journey’s mercies, and direction with regard to the messages. The Lord focused our attention on prayerfully understanding and obeying His Biblical direction in order to produce an even more effective world missions program.

Thank you for your effective prayers. The Lord answered and keeps answering. Here are some examples:
• In Arizona, we visited bus routes on Saturday. Inviting Elena to church, she came Sunday morning with six members of her family. The Lord worked, and three of them trusted Christ as their personal Saviour.
• In the same meeting, we met José, a recent immigrant, while out soul winning. Communicating in Spanish was unexpectedly difficult, but God enabled us to do so. He related his testimony and his most difficult circumstances, and the Lord brought to his mind a vow he’d made to the Lord and had not yet kept. He’s been attending church since then, and God is beginning to answer his prayers. He’s become a friend, and we’re praying for the huge challenges he faces to be overcome, step by step, by God’s grace.
• Driving was more challenging this year, but the Lord granted safety through construction, traffic, and road conditions, including a snowy and very slick mountain pass. We arrived on schedule for every conference.
• The Lord blessed the services and witnessing, with folks getting saved and surrendering to serve the Lord. We can’t thank Him enough.
• Lana was invited to teach a ladies’ Sunday school class in California, and with much prayerful preparation, it was very helpful for them. This meant so much to us.
• Thank you especially for praying for our family. We visited Lana’s brother in Denver on the way through the area, and we were able to address a situation that he’s facing. We then visited my father and our daughter. He’s doing better after a series of medical setbacks—it was an answer to prayer!

So once again, the Western churches and conferences were a huge blessing. We are energized afresh to be about the Father’s business. Please pray for José and for God’s direction and blessing, as we now prepare for the packed winter and spring schedule, asking the Lord to guide us to His priorities and His will. Our goal is to discern and implement the most effective and sustainable priorities and schedule for the months to come.

With our love and deepest gratitude for your prayers and financial support,

Dan and Lana Siemer
