Praise the Lord for His amazing blessings on our feeble efforts. Our ministry saw 1,574 precious souls trust Christ as Saviour through door-to-door soul winning, our public-school ministry, and other efforts. What an incredible place to share the Gospel!
I thank the Lord for the privilege of pastoring a church with all that comes with it. We have Baby Dedications, ladies’ and men’s fellowships, work days, Wednesday and Sunday services, weddings, funerals, soul winning, discipleship, and much more. I’m so grateful for God’s grace and help to start a church and see Him use it for His glory and purpose. I pray that He would use us more and more.
Our young people attended Youth Camp, and it was evident that God moved in their hearts in a great way. Many decisions were made for His glory. An added blessing was that Jayson Guillera, my assistant pastor, was one of the speakers. Jayson has been with us since he was 12. He graduated from our Christian school in 2012 and then from our Bible College in 2016. His wife Daisy, who also graduated from our Bible college, is our church secretary. Jayson has been on our staff since he graduated and became my assistant pastor in 2019. Jayson and Daisy are in the photo below.
We had a wonderful Missions Conference. This year, we decided to go with a one-day conference to save on our budget and to work with the missionaries’ schedules. It was an all-day event, held on Sunday in addition to our regular services. We had three foreign missionaries who were going to Mongolia, Sierra Madre, and Kazakhstan. We also had two local pastors who have started works in this region. One of them was previously on our church staff, and the other was a graduate from our Bible college. It was a great conference. Our total Faith Promise was the highest ever, with almost exactly US$1,000 a month pledged. What a blessing!
