We are rejoicing, as we are on the road again! The month of May brought us to the state of Montana, where we had many great meetings and some sweet fellowship with our brothers and sisters in the faith! We closed out the month with one meeting in Kentucky, where we were very encouraged and felt right at home. God has been so good to us through the month of May.
Our first meeting was with Calvary Baptist Church in Bozeman, Montana. We had the opportunity to present our ministry in two morning services and then preach during the evening service. We enjoyed a cool night of fellowship with Pastor Frymier and his family at their home around a good old bonfire on Monday night. Thank you, Pastor Frymier and CBC, for the warm welcome and encouragement while we were with you.
From Bozeman we headed to Laurel, Montana, to First Baptist Church. I had the privilege to preach three services on one Wednesday night! It was fun fitting in our presentation and preaching all in about 25 minutes in each service! We also want to say “Asante sana” (Thank you very much) to FBC of Laurel for partnering with us to reach the lost in East Africa!
Next was Whitehall Baptist Church of Whitehall, Montana. It was great to see Pastor Kyle Gilstrap and his precious family again and catch up. I was blessed to preach their morning service for Mother’s Day. It was a bit of a challenge, but I’m very thankful for the opportunity, as we took a moment to stop and say “Thank you” to all of our mothers for all that they do! On Sunday night we dropped in at Grace Baptist Church of Billings, where we had our camper parked for the month. On the way there from Whitehall, I had the opportunity to witness to a man named Tony, who came up to me at Walmart, asking for money. He did not come to receive Christ as his Saviour, but I was able to share the Gospel with him. I pray that God will work upon his heart.
We also were with Pastor Inboden at Lighthouse Baptist Church of Butte, Montana. Again, we were encouraged by the pastor and his family, and we were thankful for the chance to be a blessing and encouragement to them in return. During the time of preaching, God seemed to work and encourage hearts, and for that we were very blessed!
Our last meeting was with Victory Baptist Church of Kalispell. We had the opportunity to present in the morning service and preach during the evening service. From there, we dropped off our information to many churches across Northwestern Montana and then made our way to Covington, Kentucky.
We closed out our month at Bible Baptist Church in Covington, Kentucky. We are thankful for the opportunity to present our ministry and to preach during the evening service. Between church services, we had a good time of fellowship with the pastor and his family.
We again just want to say “Thank you” and praise the Lord for the blessed month we have had. Our family has been encouraged by so many great churches! May God be with you and bless you as you continue to shine the light of Jesus Christ where you are.
