Paul and Ling Awi Lung Prayer Letter: Christmas OutreachGreetings to you all in the loving name of Jesus. God has been so faithful to bring us to another new year, to fulfill His calling upon us.

We did great things at Christmas. I wrote a simple Gospel tract, “He Was Born to Save You.” Our children distributed 15,000 tracts and 2,000 New Testaments. It was a huge blessing. I believe that the preaching messages at our Christmas and New Year’s programs will build good relationships with communities and families. These people also opened their doors for our home visitations, where we were able to share God’s love to them and lead them to meet Je
By God’s grace, we are now building another church. Bro. Timothy and his family are leading around 100 people. They have been holding church services on Sunday mornings, Sunday evenings, and Wednesday evening prayer meetings without a church building for five years. So, with much prayer, we started this building. After a couple of months, we are going to finish the building and hold services. It will be a big help for the congregation. The land was donated by our late general’s family. We praise God for this beautiful land.

We would like to thank the following churches for their generous gifts:

  • Pastor Warren Johnson and the Grace Baptist Church, Flower Mound, Texas, sent $500 for my family for Christmas.
  • Pastor Paul Worley and Freedom Baptist Church, Eastover, North Carolina, sent a Christmas gift, which we put toward the new church building.
  • Bayshore Baptist Church in New York sent us $1,200 in November, which we also put toward the church building.

God willing, my wife and I are praying to be able to come to the U.S. for a furlough program. We want to raise money to pay the support for five pastors and their families, along with another church building.

Please remember us in your prayers. Amen.

In His blessed ministries,

Pastor Paul T. Lung
