Chad and Sarah Inman Prayer Letter: Following the Will of GodThank you for praying for our family, the churches, and the many dear people who make up these churches. God has given us an excellent month with well-spirited church services and special events. I’m blessed with a healthy family, who enjoy living for the Lord. I’m also blessed to have been working with excellent men of God and their families here in Hua Hin, Thailand, for many years now.

Village Bible Clubs

The clubs ran for 3 days this year, Thursday through Saturday. Each day averaged 151 people in attendance across four club locations, this in spite of a last-minute location change for one club and another location having to just use the floor and go with it. God greatly blessed, and 54 precious souls were saved during the 3 mornings. The clubs included a lot of happy singing, Bible memorization, teaching from the Life of Christ, and teaching from the story of Hudson Taylor. The communities we went to were extremely thankful to have meaningful, helpful programs for the kids and families during this public-school break. Our entire family, healthily and happily, were able to serve the Lord together through preparation and working in the clubs. Each club team had both staff members and church members working together. It was a great week for the Lord.

Churches

I have enjoyed preaching and teaching at the Hua Hin church on Wednesdays and Sundays while the Tim Shook family has been in the States. The church has had a number of sicknesses, along with many traveling during the school break. I am so thankful for the many faithful church members who call and visit to encourage those who cannot come; it shows spiritual growth and a compassion for others. Of course, I miss our members out in Nong Phlap, but the men God has placed out there are doing a fantastic work for the Lord. Praise God for a combined average of 184 coming to these churches each Sunday in a Buddhist country.

Out Giving the Gospel

Near the heart of the city is a Chinese temple that sits directly on the Gulf of Thailand, some distance farther from where we normally go on Fridays. As we walked by this temple, Star said hello to a lady behind me and handed her a tract, continuing on in the direction we had planned. Oddly, as we walked farther, there were very few opportunities to talk to people. On our way back, I remembered Star talking to someone inside the temple. We returned to the temple and found the lady, Boo, still sitting there. Her eyes lit up when we asked her about Heaven. Boo had been attending that temple for years, looking for hope and answers. She hungered to know how to go to Heaven and what God said about it. Boo finally heard the wonderful story of salvation that day and gladly put her trust in Jesus to be saved. Her only hope, up to that point, had been blindly trusting in a temple made with hands, but now her trust is in the true living God. There are people everywhere in need of God’s salvation, waiting for someone to show them the Way. Just minutes afterwards, we were able to see more souls saved in the parking lot of the temple. We continue to go out every week, and through soul-winning efforts in Nong Phlap, we saw 22 more souls saved this month. This was in addition to the many saved in the Bible Clubs.

2025 Fall Furlough

We are looking forward to meeting up with many supporting churches, pastors, and families, along with new churches, in the fall of 2025. September and October 2025 will see us in the Eastern half of the U.S., and November will see us in and around the Western half of the U.S., returning home to Thailand in early January 2026. We seek to update our supporting churches with the blessings and opportunities of the ministries, encouraging church families in God’s work on the opposite end of the earth. However, there is so much to do here before that furlough takes place. Thank you again for your prayers and encouragements. We hope you, your family, and your church have a blessed Thanksgiving time.
