We are overwhelmed with gratitude as we witness God moving mightily in our ministry. So far, we have been able to acquire all the necessary documents for a new type of visa for the country where God has called us to serve. After submitting the paperwork, we were thrilled to receive preapproval just two days later! This is a major step in the process of returning to Turkey. Our next urgent prayer request is for an appointment at the Turkish Consulate in Chicago. Please join us in prayer as we take this next step towards getting back to the field where the Lord has called us.
Another exciting update is the progress with the Turkish Bible! The project is nearing its final stages, and we are on the verge of having it ready for print. This is a significant milestone, and we are praying for 2,000 high-quality Bibles that we can distribute as gifts to pastors across Turkey. Once the Bible is printed, we will be upgrading our website to make it more user-friendly and searchable online. Looking ahead, we have several media goals for next year: to have the entire Old Testament professionally audio recorded, to update the Bible app, and to register our version with other platforms like e-Sword, SwordSearcher, and more. Additionally, we plan to register our online radio station. Please pray fervently, as we know the enemy will oppose these efforts, but we trust that God is able to overcome every obstacle.
God has also been blessing our family as we travel, not only meeting our needs but also opening doors for ministry. We’ve seen souls saved, powerful preaching, and sweet fellowship with God’s people. I ask for your prayers for our daughter, as she will be staying behind for Bible college when we return to Turkey. She is currently looking for accommodations and a good, appropriate job to support her while she studies. Please pray that God will provide exactly what she needs.
Continue to pray for the work in Turkey, as many of our co-laborers are facing challenges with their visas. One dear friend, who has faithfully served for many years, is in need of a miracle. He and his family have developed deep relationships and have seen many Muslims come to Christ. However, their visa was recently denied, and they need God’s intervention to continue their ministry. This precious family from Mexico has given so much and tried everything in their power to remain in Turkey, but we trust God’s timing and direction for them.
Lastly, I ask that you keep our building project in your prayers. This is the primary reason we are back in the States—to raise funds. We trust that God blesses even the smallest gift when it is given in faith. I encourage you to visit love4turkey.com, where we post updates each month, highlighting the progress and how much has been raised. Please share this link with others who may feel led to contribute to this urgent need. Every prayer and every gift make a difference, and we believe God will provide in His perfect timing.
Thank you for your continued prayers and support!
For His glory,
