Matt and Katie Belle Bosje Prayer Letter: A Full MonthSeptember was a full month. We had several different groups come to visit us and see the ministry. We also made a trip to Bangkok for the FBMI Missions Mastermind. Amidst the extra activities, we still had many opportunities to see souls saved, visitors come to church, and multiple converts baptized, as well as have a high day of 87 in attendance.

One Thursday evening, my wife and I were soul winning together when we met a group of three young people. My wife gave them the Gospel, and I translated for her. They all three sweetly accepted Christ.

Em is the husband of a lady in our church. He had visited our church several times, and I had given him the Gospel on two different occasions, but he had not yet been saved. One afternoon, I stopped by their home and tried again. This time was completely different. There was no resistance. In fact, he told me from the start that he was ready to believe in Jesus, and a few moments later, he did just that!

The Missions Mastermind was such a blessing. It gave us the opportunity to spend time with great missionaries and learn from those who have years of experience. I am thankful for both Pastor Wilkerson and my dad and the great burden they have for reaching the world with the Gospel. Monday evening of the Mastermind was a very special time, as Pong, the pastor of our sister church in Nong Phlap, was ordained.

We enjoyed having my family spend a couple of days in Hua Hin. It went by far too quickly, but we enjoyed every moment of it! We also had the Wyatt family here for a few days. They have been a personal encouragement to us, and we greatly admire their family. It was an honor to get to spend some time with them. Jeremy Baxter stayed with us for about 10 days and was a great blessing also. He jumped into the ministry and used his musical talents to help some of our young people.

Thank you for your faithfulness in loving and praying for us.

Mikey’s Moment

The other day while we were at the park, a little boy from our neighborhood was playing with Mikey. I asked the boy how old he was, and he said, “Seven.” Then I asked Mikey how old he was, and with a smirk on his face and hands on his hips, he said, “Foowateen!”
