“For the word of the LORD is right; and all his works are done in truth. He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the goodness of the LORD.” (Psalm 33:4-5)
Even amidst all of the changes that are constantly happening all around us, some for good and some for bad, I am reminded that our God is a God of truth! It seems that the truth is difficult to find at times, but we can rest assured that anything God says, whether we like it or not, is always accurate.
The start of this year has brought many wonderful blessings! In January, we found out that we have raised 75% of our financial support! Lord willing, we are planning on moving to Nigeria in late September. We are incredibly grateful for each church that has partnered with us as we strive to follow God’s will in sharing the Gospel with the people of Nigeria. I mentioned in our last letter that we are expecting another baby. We found out that the baby is a girl, and she is due on June 22! Erin and the baby are both healthy. Thanks for your continued thoughts and prayers for this.
In December and January, we had the opportunity to be with 12 different churches in Indiana, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, and Michigan. We are very thankful that God has allowed us to travel and stay busy despite the occasional sickness and cancellation. It has been encouraging to see pastors and churches getting creative with different ways of continuing to reach and love people.
In the last couple of months, we’ve had the opportunity to help hang door hangers, pass out tracts, and be witnesses as we travel. God is still using man when man decides to be usable. Would you continue to pray for safety as we travel, guidance in scheduling meetings, and that we would live our lives in a way that pleases God? Thanks! It takes folks like you to send folks like us!
In His service,
Daniel, Erin, and Zeke
