It has been amazing to see the Lord work in Guerrero in the last two months! He deserves all of the glory. It is your prayers and support that are largely responsible. We also thank the Lord for the faithful and tireless workers He has given us, much better than I deserve. One such worker is Nancy Gamez. Guerrero was her second campaign—soul winning all day six days a week, doing discipleships, teaching classes, serving everywhere, and always with an excellent spirit. She is a licensed public-school teacher and could be making a lot of money with benefits, but she wants to serve the Lord.
What a blessing it has been to get to know the indigenous Mixtec people of Guerrero. With a world view that is quite different from the usual Judeo-Christian one, and although they do not speak much Spanish and are not usually open to new ideas, they were very friendly with us. With the little time we were able to be with them, by the grace of God, we were able to make sure many of them clearly understood the principles of the Gospel. There were 33 visitors who came to the 1st Anniversary Service of the church there. It was a bold statement of their desire to be Christians. What a blessing it was to hear them sing, “I Have Decided to Follow Jesus”!
In the well-established church in the town where they do speak Spanish, the Lord also worked greatly! With much less time than usual to go soul winning and do discipleships, the Lord gave us 58 first-time or first-time-in-a-long-time visitors, and 5 families have become faithful and are growing in grace. It was wonderful also to teach several weeks on soul winning.

¡Ha sido maravilloso ver al Señor obrar en Guerrero en los últimos 2 meses! Se merece toda la gloria. Son sus oraciones y apoyo los que son en gran parte responsables. Agradecemos al Señor también por los obreros fieles y sin cansancio él nos ha dado, mucho mejor que merezco. Una tal es Nancy Gamez. Guerrero hubo su segunda campana, ganando almas todo el día 6 días a la semana, dando discipulados, ensenando en las clases, sirviendo en todos lados, y siempre con un espíritu superior. Ella es Licenciada maestra y pueda ganar mucho dinero, pero ha querido servir al Señor.
Qué bendición conocer al pueblo indígena mixteca de Guerrero. Aunque su cosmovisión es bastante diferente de la judeocristiana habitual, no hablan mucho español y no suelen estar abiertos a nuevas ideas, fueron muy amigables con nosotros. Con el poco tiempo que pudimos estar con ellos, por la gracia de Dios, pudimos asegurarnos de que muchos entendieran claramente los principios del Evangelio. 33 visitantes asistieron al 1er aniversario de la iglesia allí. Fue una declaración audaz de su deseo de ser cristianos. Qué bendición escucharlos cantar: “¡He decidido seguir a Cristo!”
¡En la iglesia bien establecida en la ciudad donde hablan español, el Señor también obró mucho! Con mucho menos tiempo de lo normal para ganar almas y hacer discipulados, el Señor nos dio 58 visitantes por primera vez o por primera vez en mucho tiempo. 5 familias se han vuelto fieles y están creciendo en gracia. También fue maravilloso de ensenar muchas semanas en ganar almas. Esperemos el señor a mover los corazones de la gente asistiendo la iglesia.
