Ghana National Pastor Spotlight: Eyes Opened to Know the Truth

Ghana National Pastor Spotlight: Eyes Opened to Know the TruthThank you for your support for our church-planting efforts through your prayers or financial support for Adopt-A-Village (#6150), Team Ghana (#6100), or for one or more specific national pastors. Here are recent testimonies from several of our pastors.

Pastor Kingsley Addai

“I am so thankful to God for all that He is doing here in Mamponteng. I was walking by when I heard someone calling, ‘Pastor! Pastor!’ I stopped to see who was calling me, and it was a woman and her family. When I asked her why they wanted my attention, she said they wanted to come to our church, and she had told others to let me know. I was super excited! I showed them where our church meets, and they have been coming for three consecutive weeks. They have heard the Gospel and have trusted Christ alone for their salvation. Last week, the teenage boy followed the Lord in baptism, and the mother is planning to do so this coming Sunday. I’m asking for your prayers for this beautiful family. God is good!” – Fundamental Baptist Church, Mamponteng, Kumasi, Ashanti Region, Ghana.

Pastor Rexford Aning

“Praise the Lord for our 12 years here in Fiapre. We had a wonderful service, with about 13 people testifying that they asked Jesus to save them. It was awesome to see young people sharing the Gospel with others. Stephen, in the suit, was sharing the Gospel with a visitor in a white shirt. The rest were recent converts who sat on their own to hear the Gospel again. Thank God for such a privilege to serve alongside these great people.”– Fundamental Baptist Church, Fiapre, Sunyani, Ghana.

Pastor Cyrus Myers

“Our ministry has been focused on empowering local leaders through spiritual training and mentorship. We recently held a Leadership-Development Seminar that was well-attended by church members and leaders from neighboring communities. The seminar emphasized the importance of evangelism and soul winning, and many attendees left feeling inspired to take the Gospel to new areas. One attendee, a school teacher, has since started a weekly Bible study group at his school, resulting in several students coming to Christ.” – Calvary Baptist Church, Tappita, Nimba County Liberia. [Pastor Cyrus Myers works with our graduate, Pastor George Menyon.]

Pastor Gyasi Boateng

“I met Mohammed and his wife Ajara in front of their house. I had a conversation with them and found out that they were Muslim and believed in salvation by works. I had the opportunity to witness to them, and they both got saved. They told me that my message was different from what they had been hearing from other preachers on TV, radio, and in public preaching. They were very excited about the Good News and told me that I had opened their eyes to know the truth. They promised to come to church the next day, and they came. Please pray that the Lord will use them to reach their Muslim community.” – Fundamental Baptist Church, Foase, Ashanti Region, Ghana.
