It is written, “Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account.” (Philippians 4:17) Thank you for praying and financially supporting my ministry. God performed even greater things this month.
I rejoiced greatly to see 26 souls trust Jesus Christ as Saviour in August. Praise the Lord! God blessed the coordinated efforts of Howard’s children and me to see him receive Jesus Christ as Saviour in Williamsburg, Kentucky. Another highlight was in Lexington, Kentucky, while out bus visiting with Brother Parker of Clays Mill Baptist Church. We saw 9 souls trust Christ as Saviour. I was able to witness in French and speak to several people from Africa.
God helped me get several John and Romans booklets from Olivet Baptist Church to give to new converts and people at different stops. I was also able to follow up with some of the new converts. Some are starting to show some thirst and hunger for the Word of God and a greater interest in going to church. Please pray for them.
I was greatly blessed by the Missions Conference organized by Marion Avenue Baptist Church. Pastor Brown and the whole church family spent themselves so sacrificially to host that event. We were all truly blessed by the church family, the two keynote speakers (veteran missionary, Brother Stensaas, and veteran pastor, Brother Goddard), and the Spanish Ministry.
Pastor Monnet from Canada and his church family recently completed the translation of the equivalent of the King James Bible in French. I spoke with him about two months ago. He told me that it would cost $50,000 to print and ship 10,000 Bibles to Libreville, Gabon. Brother Allen Johnson from Wings Bearing Precious Seed wants to help me obtain several John and Romans booklets for the people in Gabon. The Tract League ministry will help print 1,000,000 Gospel tracts in French. God has blessed me greatly by allowing me personally to raise $1,000 so far for this project. Gabon is now one step closer to getting the pure Word of God (Acts 6:7). Praise the Lord! He is opening new doors. Please be in prayer for this project.
Praise the Lord for two new supporting churches: Marion Avenue Baptist Church and Capitol City Baptist Church!
Thank you for your faithful prayers and financial support! Your work of faith and your labor of love, through praying and giving, are what allow this ministry to continue, allow souls to be saved, baptized, and scripturally grounded, and allow many churches to be started and established in Gabon. May God continue to bless you as you faithfully serve Him. I am praying for you, your churches, and your areas of the ministry.

“But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.”
(I Corinthians 15:57-58)
