Greetings to our church families! It has been seven weeks since we landed Stateside, and we have hit the ground running. We have been in 20 churches and have greatly enjoyed seeing the faces of our brothers and sisters in Christ who have given toward the work of the Lord in Thailand. Thank you for your faithful prayers for Thailand, our family, and our travels of about 10,000 driving miles thus far. Our Thailand return will be on January 22, 2026, as our furlough will include another 20-plus churches and 10,000-plus miles.
Our temporary goodbyes at the churches in Thailand were filled with tears and prayers for the Lord to bless and keep both our family and the churches during the time we are apart and to keep us safe on our journey. We love and miss Thailand and the people so much already.
As we travel around the country, we praise the Lord for the opportunity to share the Gospel. There are still people here who are searching for truth, and the Lord has allowed our family to see six precious souls come to know the Saviour since we have been here. One man, Curtis Brown, was ripe unto harvest. As we headed out soul winning that day, we were stopped and warned by people in the area that the area was dangerous, and we really shouldn’t be there unless we were armed. They did not see that we were indeed armed. “The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.” (Psalm 34:7) The last door we knocked on was the home of Curtis Brown. Praise the Lord for His protection and salvation!
After an encouraging meeting with Pastor Marsh in Berne, Indiana, and before heading to Michigan, our family had the joy of helping Bro. Kevin Walker set up for his ministry, the Cowboy Roundup! What a great opportunity it was to learn and participate in the background of this incredible ministry! The kids had a lot of fun helping Bro. Walker make sure all of the rides and attractions were in working order. (Ha! Ha!)
Praise the Lord for each church we have been blessed to be in and for the hearts that have been stirred up to do more for the Lord in the area of missions around the world. Our hearts have been especially encouraged to see young people and old answer God’s call on their lives and surrender to full-time service and missionary work. They will never regret answering that call.
The churches in Thailand continue to be faithful, strong, and growing with visitors, salvations, and baptisms. Each week, just as we begin our Sunday here in the States, we receive a report of how the Sunday services in Thailand went and about the souls saved. How this encourages our hearts and fills us with joy, as we get to share with the churches this good news from a far country.
Please continue to pray for the churches in Thailand, for safe travels for our family, and for God to be glorified in all that is done. We thank our God upon every remembrance of you.
Grateful to serve,
Bro. Chad Inman & Family
