John 4:35, “Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.”
My wife Tammy and I want to thank you for your prayers and financial support. I am rejoicing as I look over the information I have recorded for the month. In the first week of September, I had the privilege of winning seven people to the Lord while out knocking doors. Edwin, Junior, Sylvia, Yara, Merilyn, Michael, and Markus all had their names written in the Book of Life. Praise the Lord!
On Wednesday, September 17, I received a call from a pastor in Kenya. After inquiring about his salvation, I learned that he was relying upon his works to be saved. He listened carefully as I led him through the Scriptures to help him see that he was lost and on his way to Hell. Then Pastor Peter Arisa bowed his head and trusted Christ alone as his Saviour. Afterwards, he sent me a message thanking me for the powerful message of salvation. I was able to give him information regarding two missionaries in Kenya for him to reach out to.
One Thursday night, I had the privilege of taking Ivan, a new convert in our church, out soul winning. We had the honor of winning a teenager named Gage and a lady named Lyza to Christ. Ivan enjoyed himself so much that he came out the following week as well. Praise the Lord! Recently on a Saturday, I met Jose at his house. I found out he was a handyman, and I asked him how to fix a leaky freezer. He invited me into his house to show me his freezer. After the instructions were over, I changed the conversation, and right there in his kitchen, Jose bowed his head and trusted Christ. Last Saturday was another exciting day. My wife and I, along with nine other church members, drove twenty minutes away to Cimarron, Kansas. We went to the parking lot of the local grocery store and set up our canopy tent for another Bible giveaway. In all, we gave away thirty-six Bibles, and seven people prayed to receive Christ as their Saviour. What a joy it was to hear the diesel trucks and cars honking in support of what we were doing.
God is so good to us. Thank you for letting us partner with you in the ministry. Please continue to pray as we work on encouraging pastors, reaching the lost, and raising support for the ministry. We are praying for you all and look forward to sharing more blessings in the months and years ahead.
