I pray this letter finds you well. God is good! God always encourages His servants. Last Sunday, I had the joy of baptizing five more converts. One of those who got baptized is a teenager named Josue. He has been coming to our services for about a month. He has been faithful to the services, goes out soul winning, and just wants to be in every church activity. As we were out visiting the other day, he said to me, “I want to be a preacher when I grow up!” He just seems to be “on fire for God.” I told the people on our soul-winning bus, “You know so many times we go out and we “see” no results, but God sees our efforts and sends people like Josue to encourage our hearts and lets us know that our labor is not in vain.”
The other day, I was gassing up one of our church buses. The gas attendant asked me what church I was from. I told her I was from a Baptist church a few miles up the road. She said, “That must be the church Magdalena (one of our faithful members) is from. She calls me every Saturday and has been doing it for months! We just have a hard heart.” What a privilege it is to pastor people who have a burden to see people come to Christ!
Our oldest son Juan has been approved as a missionary with our mission board. He is going to start deputation in January 2026. If you would like him to come and present his ministry at your church, please contact him on his cell phone at 219-802-2629.
Thank you for your prayer and financial support. May God bless you and continue to use you.
Truly,
Osmin Gutierrez
