Greetings to all in the precious name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, wishing that His grace may abound in a special way in each and every one of you.
In our previous letter, we had asked for your prayers for our annual conference, “Missions Through the Local Church.” More than 40 pastors and church leaders, not only from Santo Domingo, the capital of Dominican Republic, but also from other cities, were present. Some Haitian pastors have regularly attended; we are investing in this conference to create a consciousness of the responsibility of each local church for having a specific plan to invest in missions. Brother James Belisle, who is one of the FBMI coordinators for Latin America, was our guest speaker. The Lord blessed this beautiful time of challenge for the churches and pastors in support of missions for the world without Christ. Thank you for your prayers.
So far this year, our evangelistic work has been focused on reaching the residential area of “Mirador del Oeste” (west lookout). Some of the famous baseball players from the Dominican Republic live here. Despite the extreme vigilance, we have been able to enter and win souls door to door. We have had 59 people receive Christ in the months of January and February. This is a difficult area because of the extreme safety of the ostentatious mansions that have been built there. We need your prayers to reach these people with the Gospel; they also need to be saved. In February, I had the opportunity to win a couple, who retired from Holland, in that place.
I would like to express my profound gratitude to the First Baptist Church of Hammond, Indiana, for the generous offering given to help us buy the van that we needed to transport the families from the church routes. Thanks also to those churches that sent us a special offering for the purchase of the church building and for the Christmas gifts. I thank you with all my heart.
The Lord has been good to us and has sustained us and given us grace and spiritual courage to continue serving Him. Each of you has contributed great spiritual help through your prayers and financial support. I thank you with all my heart; the Lord will reward you for your great investment in the proclamation of the Gospel of our great God and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Saludos a todos en el precioso nombre de nuestro Señor y Salvador Jesucristo, deseándoles que su gracia abunde de una manera especial en cada uno de ustedes.
En nuestra carta anterior les habíamos pedido sus oraciones por nuestra conferencia anual “Misiones a través de la Iglesia local” un total de más de 40 pastores y líderes de iglesias no solo de Santo Domingo, capital de la Republica Dominicana, sino también de otras ciudades estuvieron presentes. Algunos pastores Haitianos, han asistido regularmente, estamos invirtiendo en esta conferencia para crear conciencia de la responsabilidad de cada iglesia local, de tener un plan específico para invertir en las misiones. El Hno. James Belisle, quien es uno de los coordinadores de FBMI para Latino América, fue nuestro predicador invitado. El Señor bendijo este hermoso tiempo de reto para las iglesias y los pastores, en cuanto al apoyo de las misiones para el mundo sin Cristo. Gracias por sus oraciones.

En lo que va de este año nuestro trabajo evangelistico ha estado enfocado en alcanzar el Residencial “Mirador del Oeste” en este lugar viven algunos de los peloteros famosos de la Republica Dominicana, a pesar de lo extrema vigilancia hemos podido entrar y ganar almas puerta por puerta, 59 personas han recibido a Cristo en los meses de Enero y Febrero, esta es una área difícil por la seguridad extrema de las mansiones ostentosas que han sido construidas allí, necesitamos sus oraciones para alcanzar esas personas con el evangelio, ellos también necesitan ser salvos. En Febrero tuve la oportunidad de ganar un matrimonio que se jubilaron del país de Holanda y están viviendo en ese lugar.
Quiero expresar mi profunda gratitud a la Primera Iglesia Bautista de Hammond, Indiana, por su generosa ofrenda para ayudarnos a comprar la van que necesitábamos para transportar las familias de las rutas de nuestra iglesia. Gracias de todo corazón.
El Señor ha sido bueno con nosotros y nos ha sostenido y nos ha dado gracia y denuedo espiritual para seguir adelante. Cada uno de ustedes ha aportado una gran ayuda espiritual a través de sus oraciones y sostén financiero. Gracias de todo corazón, el Señor los recompense por su gran inversión en la proclamación del evangelio de nuestro gran Dios y Salvador Jesucristo.
