Preparing the Way

Happy 2025! The year 2024 went by so fast! It was a year of growth and blessing, with a heavy dose of hard work. Our church was filled with new families from many countries. It was exciting to see all of the children filling Sunday school and Junior Church. The difficult COVID years are in the past; now we are pressing towards the future! Thank you so much for your prayers and faithful support! This work is really getting grounded, and we are ready for the next stage of growth and blessing. We ended last year with 87 salvation decisions, 100 first-time visitors in church, and 9 baptisms! So far for this year, 12 have been saved, and 22 have visited our church! Please pray as we welcome new members into the church family. Also, the 2025 church calendar is filling up with special events and activities. May God’s people be busy doing the work He commanded to be done until Christ returns.

More Solts Are Coming

Daniel and his family are planning to arrive in late April. They will travel with a little passenger after the successful birth of our second grandchild Andrew on the 15th of February. Rachel is well, and Ruby is excited to have a little brother. Daniel is feverishly working to obtain Andrew’s passport and pressing forward to depart to live in England. They will be staying with us until they can find a place to rent. Our church is buzzing with the news. They have asked if Daniel could be our youth pastor, and he has accepted. This will be excellent introductory training for him and his family, and we thank our God and our church for the opportunity!

Beginning a Renovation Project

Daniel will need an office at the church, so we are converting our church balcony into a multipurpose media room and office. We plan to put together a video studio in the room to teach Bible lessons. We pray this ministry will have an outreach effect on other nations in the Commonwealth and throughout Britain itself! Our church people are so excited about this project. They worked hard to move boxes down to empty the balcony, as it was originally a storeroom for the church, but now it will be put to a greater use for Christ. What an exciting prospect!

More Solt Family Blessings

Josh is also planning to travel over with Dan and family to be a help with baggage and kiddies. He will be a popular uncle, for sure, with his crazy sense of humor. We will enjoy the bonus blessing of spending some time with Josh here at home before he returns to his work and church in Iowa.

And finally, Jeremy and Ashley will come to visit from their home and work in Woburn, Massachusetts. This will be
Ashley’s first trip to England. We are so pleased to have the chance to welcome her here. The added blessing for them is their little girl is due in July! Look out! The Solts are multiplying! We thank our God for His faithfulness and care for all of our family—what a wonderful Boss! We have no regrets for serving Him and working for the cause of Christ for these many years in England. You, our friends, have the gratitude of all of the Solts for your faithful prayer and support.
